Weightlifting Class for Beginners


Join us on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 pm for a weightlifting class for beginners!

  • Start at any time and spend 10 weeks with us in our gym space in East Asheville
  • Learn the basics of the snatch, clean, jerk, squat, and relevant accessory exercises
  • Train for a weightlifting meet, improve your lifts for CrossFit or another sport, or simply develop more speed and strength
  • Only $129 for all 10 weeks
